To get all Urbanedge’s property information they needed to apply to all of the individual authorities and the titles office, and then wait for that information to become available. This process was taking up too much time and was holding them back from being able to deliver a fast and quality service to their clients. Clara and the team then get right on it. Even though they have set time frames they’ll always try and push them sooner if needed,’ says Emily.
