PSI’s new tech-driven system – the smartest way to get reliable property information

Australia’s construction industry is experiencing record growth, so it’s no wonder builders, architects, draftspeople and building surveyors are often under the pump. While it’s a great problem to have as far as business revenue goes, the huge amount of administration involved in dealing with multiple building authorities across every construction project can be a frustrating challenge for many companies. We hear about it all the time! To streamline this process and save clients time and money, we’ve been working on the development of Australian-first software that allows domestic building industry experts to order the reliable property information they need online in one easy transaction. One account, one invoice. The PSI platform was specifically designed to fix a flawed system that sees much of the property information in the sector sourced and analysed manually. Human error is all too common. PSI founder Michael Madeira wanted to be able to gather the most accurate information about Australian properties and deliver it quickly and easily. The aim – help clients meet safety regulations and make smarter, safer decisions about their building projects. We’ve been working with large residential builders across Victoria for some time now. After much success we’re launching our new e-commerce platform to the wider building and design community.
