From May 25, we will be sending out a property report to your email after every order. It’s just another way we’re saving customers time!
The specific overlays and zones are sent through to you:
· For titled land, the property report will arrive a few minutes after a new order is place.
· For untitled land, the property report will arrive shortly after you receive the Land Title. There can be a delay of up to a week from title stage to publication on Landvic. We will check daily for updates.

· Planning Zones
· Planning Overlays

What can you do with this report?
A lot of our customers already obtain a similar report from Landvic, so this just means it’s now in the same place and it’s automatic!
The bushfire information and planning overlays/zones are the most influential pieces of information.
Both of these may influence what can or cannot be built on the property.
