Requests Being Sent to Council Before Title

Since launching the new subdivision notification stages, PSI have added trigger requests to send earlier for some councils. We're now able to send Building Information, Planning Advice and Legal Point of Discharge (LPD) to councils when the subdivision reaches 'Lodged at Land Use' status. City of Casey, Baw Baw Shire and Mitchell Shire are the councils that currently allow us to do this.

This change will only effect properties that haven't been titled as yet. It's a great move to get information even faster for you! And you don't have to lift a finger, we do it all for you! If you want to check the status of a subdivision, you can always go into the job and it will tell you in the top right corner. This information is updated by the governments application system known as SPEAR so it comes straight from the source!

We are looking to add more councils in the future so we'll keep you updated on our progress. Currently, these are the only ones that are able to hold onto your applications until the property appears in the councils search system.

If you’d like any more information, please feel free to contact us.
